About the Role
If you are looking to be a full-time or part-time Classical Ballet instructor, Ballet Classique may be the ideal school for you!
We are looking for a dedicated Ballet Instructor who shares our commitment to technical excellence, artistic development, and nurturing students from their first pliés through to international competition.

What We're Looking For
Formal classical ballet training (Vaganova background preferred).
Experience teaching students aged 3 and above.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Long-term commitment — we invest in people who invest in us.
Choreography and competition coaching experience is a plus.

What We're Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, emails, and families visiting the school.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities — able to manage invoices, fee collection, student records, and maintain accurate data in our CRM system.
A caring and people-oriented approach — you enjoy supporting students, parents, and teachers, and helping create a positive experience.
A proactive team player — able to assist teachers with scheduling, attendance, and the smooth running of daily studio operations.
